Pay Rates + Incentives ($30-$50p/h) – We offer competitive pay rates with an incentive and commission program where you can earn more if you find additional work on jobs that is to be done. In addition to this, there are two wage reviews scheduled for each year.

Your Own Vehicle – You’ll get a recent model van, fully kitted out with all the stock we regularly use so you can tackle most jobs on the fly. You’ll be able to take this van home which means no more petrol/car servicing costs for your daily commute to the work depot.

Phone Bill Included – If you have an iPhone we’ll pay your phone bill for you which means savings for you! If you don’t have an iPhone we’ll provide you with one for work.

Career Progression – As a growing business, we’re always looking for team members that we can promote to more senior roles. What’s more, we do a weekly toolbox session where we have a training module of about half an hour which not only keeps us up to date on our technical knowledge but also allows the apprentices to ask questions about aspects of their work they may not fully understand.

WHAT DOES THE JOB LOOK LIKE

We primarily work in the residential/domestic service and maintenance area. A typical day will involve 3-5 jobs where you’ll be expected to quote on-site (using our simple job management system), present the options to the customer and complete the work.

This will involve friendly, engaging, and educational conversations with the customers so we can help them make an informed decision about their electrical work.

Generally speaking, our clients are lovely people that truly value the professional service we provide.

Residential maintenance work can be challenging, whether it’s crawling under a house or coming up with an innovative way to solve a customer’s problem. You’ll be expected to tackle these issues with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude but will always have the full support of both the office and the other technicians for those tricky situations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A Second or Third Year Apprentice.
• Full Drivers License (Manual required).
• Full Drivers License (Manual required).
• A hunger to grow and learn as an electrician and as a person.
• Pride in Workmanship.
